Edward A. (Ted) Bullen is a seasoned Fortune 100 veteran, with 35 years of experience, and the founder of The Strategic Enterprise Consulting Group (SECG.) He has extensive experience in strategic planning and management, business transformation and related organizational behavior, sales and marketing strategies (including digital strategies), mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and exit strategies, product and process management, and risk mitigation. In addition, he has extensive experience in negotiating complex, global contracts and licensing agreements, and in management of high dollar-value portfolios.

SECG was founded in 2006 to address growth in competitive risk in the market place and help companies, large and small, to mitigate that risk and successfully transition from old to new business paradigms.

Mr. Bullen is considered to be a world-wide expert in lifecycle cost management (product lifecycle cost management, application lifecycle cost management, and enterprise information management – includes information lifecycle cost management and enterprise content management.)
